88ef Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "88ef", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 88ef.bio and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the 88ef platform.
• "User", "you", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 88ef platform in any capacity.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions together with any supplementary rules, policies, and game-specific rules incorporated by reference herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or incentives credited to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer by 88ef, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and source-of-funds verification conducted by 88ef in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the designated account currency on the 88ef platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must wager an amount equal to the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) before withdrawing funds derived from that bonus.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of the type offered by 88ef is prohibited by applicable law.

2.1   By accessing the 88ef platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 88ef platform and close your Account.

2.2   These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and 88ef in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings whether oral or written.

2.3   88ef reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification and will take effect 14 days following publication, unless the amendment is required to comply with applicable law or licence conditions, in which case it takes effect immediately.

3.1   Access to and use of the 88ef platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an Account.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 88ef platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or as a result of enforcement action by 88ef.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or associate of 88ef or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.

3.2   By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria above. 88ef is not liable for any consequences arising from a User providing false eligibility information.

4.1   To access the real-money features of the 88ef platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2   Each individual may hold only one Account on the 88ef platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.3   Prior to the processing of any withdrawal from a 88ef Account, the User must successfully complete KYC identity verification. Required documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in the User's name).
• Source of funds documentation, at 88ef's discretion, for accounts with significant transaction volumes.

4.4   88ef reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks, without incurring any liability to the User.

5.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ef login credentials including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2   Any activity conducted on the 88ef platform using your login credentials — whether by you or by a third party with or without your consent — is deemed to be your activity and you accept full responsibility for such activity, including all financial transactions.

5.3   If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 88ef immediately via live support chat or the contact email listed in these Terms. 88ef will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

5.4   88ef strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your Account. Whilst 88ef implements robust technical security measures, we cannot be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

6.1   You agree to use the 88ef platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, scraper, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the 88ef platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by 88ef.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, display errors, or pricing mistakes on the platform. Winnings resulting from known errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud in connection with your 88ef Account.
• Opening or maintaining more than one Account, whether under your own name or that of any other individual.
• Allowing or permitting any third party to use your Account, including but not limited to family members, friends, or colleagues.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising a formal dispute with 88ef. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued through legal channels.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting strategy or matched betting specifically designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with fair recreational play.

6.2   88ef reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including withholding pending withdrawals pending the outcome of any investigation.

7.1   88ef may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives to registered Users. The availability, terms, and conditions of any specific promotion are set out on the relevant promotion page within the 88ef platform and should be read in conjunction with this section.

7.2   All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Unless the specific promotion terms specify a different multiplier:

7.3   Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a User withdraws funds while an active bonus is attached to the Account, 88ef reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus balance (and winnings derived therefrom) prior to releasing the withdrawal.

7.4   88ef reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion that the User has opened an Account solely to claim bonuses rather than for genuine recreational gaming, or where prohibited conduct under Section 6 is suspected in connection with bonus usage.

7.5   Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will have a denomination fixed by 88ef. Winnings derived from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

8.1   Each game available on the 88ef platform — whether a slot, live dealer table, instant win title, or sports betting market — is subject to its own specific rules which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the conduct of that specific game.

8.2   All slot games and RNG table games on the 88ef platform use certified Random Number Generator software that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual play sessions.

8.3   Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licenced studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical means (card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are not subject to software RNG. The rules applicable to each live table are displayed within the game interface.

8.4   In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during the course of a game round on 88ef, the platform will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, 88ef will process a refund of the wager placed for the incomplete round. No additional compensation is payable for interrupted gameplay.

8.5   Sports and cricket betting markets on 88ef are governed by specific sports betting rules published separately. In-play wagers accepted after the relevant event or outcome has been determined — due to data feed latency or system delay — will be voided and the stake refunded.

9.1   All 88ef Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are expressed and processed in PKR. Users depositing via USDT or other cryptocurrency assets will have funds converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit, as determined by 88ef's payment processing partner.

9.2   The following payment methods are currently accepted by 88ef for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method limits:

9.3   Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the User's own name. 88ef does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Third-party deposits are similarly prohibited.

9.4   All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification (see Section 4). 88ef reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks — including source of funds verification — before approving withdrawals that exceed specified internal thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.

9.5   88ef does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, Users should note that their bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transfer fees or charges, over which 88ef has no control.

9.6   In the event that a User's Account holds an unused balance for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with no login activity, 88ef may classify the Account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200, deducted from the remaining balance until it reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Users will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

10.1   88ef is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that enable Players to manage their gaming activity. The following player protection tools are available to all registered 88ef Users and can be activated at any time via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month beyond which further gameplay is prevented until the limit period resets.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing the duration of your current session and net profit/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 88ef platform. Short-term exclusions (1 week to 6 months) take effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period. Permanent exclusion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a break from gaming for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days without triggering a full self-exclusion.

10.2   88ef operates a strict 21+ age policy. We implement technical and procedural age verification measures at registration and during KYC checks. If 88ef reasonably suspects that a User is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Access to funds will not be restored if the User is unable to verify that they are aged 21 or above.

11.1   All content on the 88ef platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software interfaces, design elements, data, and source code — is the property of 88ef or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, licence, or interest in 88ef's intellectual property.

11.2   Users are permitted to access and use the 88ef platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the 88ef platform without 88ef's express prior written consent.

11.3   Game software and content within the 88ef platform that is supplied by third-party game providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 88ef for distribution. Users who interact with such games do not acquire any intellectual property rights in respect of the game software or content.

12.1   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the 88ef platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gambling activity, whether individual session losses, aggregate losses, or progressive losses over time.
• Loss of data, Account access, or funds resulting from a User's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the 88ef platform due to technical maintenance, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond 88ef's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in odds, market prices, or game information resulting from data feed errors, subject to 88ef's right to void affected wagers.
• Actions of third-party payment processors including delays, rejections, or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

12.2   Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 88ef's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

12.3   The 88ef platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88ef makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.1   The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 88ef is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on the 88ef platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2   88ef collects personal data that is necessary for the lawful operation of the platform, including for purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised services and promotional communications where consent has been given.

13.3   You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 88ef, subject to 88ef's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Data requests should be submitted to the contact address specified in Section 16.

14.1   88ef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Registered Users will be notified of material changes via email to the address registered on the Account and/or via a prominent notification displayed upon next login.

14.2   Amendments will generally take effect 14 calendar days after notification, provided that 88ef may implement changes with immediate effect where required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory directive, or a licensing condition.

14.3   Your continued use of the 88ef platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease all use of the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.

15.1   In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 88ef platform or these Terms, you should first contact 88ef's customer support team via live chat or the contact details in Section 16. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 10 business days of receipt.

15.2   If your complaint cannot be resolved at first level within the timeframe specified above, you may escalate the matter to 88ef's compliance team by following the formal complaints procedure detailed on the platform. 88ef will issue a final decision within 30 calendar days of receiving a formal escalated complaint.

15.3   These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (whether contractual or non-contractual), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88ef's gaming licence is held. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving disputes under these Terms.

15.4   Notwithstanding clause 15.3, 88ef reserves the right to bring proceedings against a User in any jurisdiction in which that User is domiciled or where 88ef suffers loss as a result of that User's actions.
